The guest apartments
Each of the apartments offer accommodation for up to 4 guests and come with a
living room with sofa bed, bedroom, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fridge and
terrace with views. Towels and Bed Linen changed weekly. A laundry is available on
site for guests to use. Safes can be hired charged for locally.
Pool Area
Private swimming pool available for guests to enjoy. The beach is however only 300
meters away.
NOTE A BREAKAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED OF 150€
MATURE GUESTS 45+ USUALLY NOT BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT HERE

Basic but clean, very firm beds, close to beach & night life, ideal for short stay, decor is a bit dated
but Ok, internet access (1e = 20 mins), that said we had a great time we took in the shows,
Mundamar ect.

Hotel is in perfect position for nightlife, never needed a taxi. The rooms were quiet as was the pool
area. Perfect for a weekend away with the girls. Not luxurious in any way but all you need to sleep,
shower and change.

We found the staff on reception to be all extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean
and adequately furnished for short holiday stays. Can be a bit noisy at night as they are so close
the night clubs although this didnt bother us. Central location

I have stayed in many hotels in benidorm and this was one of the best for all the nearest locations
the rooms were just the right size and very clean the staff were the best ive come across nothing
seem to be to much trouble they were very helpfull i will defintly be using the trebol again and
recomending this hotel to all my friends

Apts are basic but clean,The balcony is big enough to sit 4 adults 1 Bedroom apt with 2 single
beds and bed settee for 2 people in lounge area.Location is ideal for heart of Benidorm with all
you could want.Beach is less than 5 mins with a easy stroll.The reception is manned 24 hrs.
Overall a canny choice for location and price.

Stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and very central. Staff are friendly.
I'm always disapointed if we dont manage to stay in these apartments when booking for
Benidorm. Always had plenty of hot water.

we had a brilliant time in benidorm, but were shocked to find when we arrived that there was an
expected deposit of 150 euro per person!!! this was not in any small print prior to going and we
were very disapointed!!! we understand that most places do expect a deposit as my brother paid
25 euro per person in another hotel, which is about right! if we had known this prior, we would not
have stayed here as this was over double what we paid for the room!!! the staff were very helpfull,
thank god! but please just be aware of this!!! you feel as if you have been conned, and as like us
you may not have that sort of cash to leave as a deposit!!!

My wife and I have stayed at these apartments twice before, and will be going back again this
month, for a week. We have always found the Trebol very nice, and central. As these apartments
are self catering, you really have to keep it clean yourselves, as you would your own property. If we
ever need clean sheets, or towels, etc, you only have to ask at the desk, and it will be sorted out for
you. Never had any bother with the shower, as the water was always hot enough. We always find
the people who work there to be friendly enough, and are very helpful, if needed. The rooms are
basic, however, but as long as the bed is clean, that's all that's needed on holiday.

After reading some of the reviews i was a little apprehensive about staying here.The rooms and
decor were a little bit dated but on the whole they were clean and in a great location. One of the
reviews recommended you take towels but we found that wasn't neccasary. all in all a great time

I stayed here for 4 night in march with my friend. VERY VERY central, which is why we chose it.
Staff were friendly enough, just left us too it really, Sheets and towels weren't changed but now
bothered about that in a 4 night stay. The apartment could have done with the floor sweeping and
the shower only stayed hot enough for one person then needed an hour to heat up again. The
place in generak needs a revamp, as everyone else has said, BUT we weren't bothered as we
really just needed a bed. Take some matches thought to light the gas hob for your kettle!!!

This is a great little place to stay if you want to be local.... very basic but fair priced and central for
all the clubs . i have stayed at another apartment in Benidorm but got robbed i must say we both
felt very safe and place was nice and clean with friendly staff deffo stay again

You get what you pay for. Could do with updating but clean & change of towels X 1 for 5 night stay.
24 hr reception so felt secure. Very quiet despite central location. Would stay again
