The guest apartments
Apartments consist of one bedroom with twin beds, dining room with sofa bed,
sleeps two people, kitchen, and washing machine, full bathroom and terrace. Safety
deposit box available to hire, payable locally. Weekly change of linen and twice
weekly change of towels. Key collection from agent (closed 1pm to 4pm) advised
once booked.

fair value for the money we paid, furnishings and fittings average for this type and grade of
appartment.Position was ideal just on the top of the yellow brick road.MariscalV is quieter than 1V
as it situated right on the yellow brick road. Tommy's is next door with entertainment, and just up
the road alpha appartments, this is were you get the keys from. great position

we have just returned from levante area of benidorm, spending 1 week at Mariscal Iv V, we arrived
in the resort at 1pm and had to wait until 5pm before we vould collect our apartment key from a
local letting agent , as Mariscal does not have a reception service, nor a snack area or drinks area
this is purely a place to shower and sleep. On collecting the keys at 5pm we were pleasantly
suprised as we were previously informed that a 150 euro breakage deposit was required and we
were only asked for 60 euro, safety deposit box is charged at an additional 20 euros in which 10 is
refunded along with breakage deposit at the end of your stay. The apartment was clean but very
basic and dark inside, there is no air conditioning and we placed our mattresses on the very
spacious balcony and slept there as it was cooler. Inside there was a fridge, 2 ringed hob, sofa
bed that myself and partner where pretty sure we got bitten each time we sat on it lol ! in the
bedroom there was plenty of wardrobe space if nothing else at all, the shower was really good
very powerful, toilet and bidet all working order. These apartments are mostly used by the spanish
a few of who permanantly reside there, if yoy want cheap basis accomodation then these are ok
we paid £258 for 7 nights for the place, but next time we will definatley pay extra to have a little bit
of comfort. Very good location, 5 mins from the beach and main area, not too noisy after 2pm but
we found levante to be exceptionally quiet for this time of year , the place is usually buzzing and the
bars full !

Didn't look fantastic from the outside, once inside I was quite relieved, basic no frills apartment,
massive double balcony, slightly rowdy group of lads next door but they didn't bother us at all.
Supermarket next door, right at the top of the square for nightlife. Key pick up could be better
explained but would stay again for sure. Our key pick up was through Gestaltur a 5 min walk.
