The guest apartments (1 Bedroom Sleeping up to 3 guests / Just 13 Floors)
Each of the bright modern apartments offers one bedroom, a living room, twin
bedroom (plus single bed) and full bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen with fridge
freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and coffee maker. Towels changed
twice weekly and Bed Linen changed weekly. Air-conditioning and heating included.

Paraiso Florida self catering beach apartments in Benidorm Cala Poniente
Completed in 2008 these are very good quality apartments in a perfect location just
50 meters from the beach with fantastic sea views and views over Benidorm from
the balconies (except low floors).
Ideal for a quiet beach holiday in Summer and for long stay Winter holidays for
retired and older visitors. Although a quiet zone there are plenty of bars, cafés and
excellent restaurants within 75 meters of the Paraiso Florida and frequent buses
which stop on the beach and take you into Benidorm in 10 minutes. For those who
enjoy a walk it takes 35 minutes to stroll into town or 10 minutes to La Cala Bay.
