Honestly when we booked this hotel we were not expecting much for the
price because it was so cheep but we were mistaken,the apartment was a
nice size and spotless clean,the cleaners came twice in the week to change
towels etc. We went in July where the temp was hitting 40c so the air
conditioning came in extremely handy and very easy to use. Would definitely
stay here again. About 10 minute walk from beach, very central to old town.

This was the 1st time we have stayed at this hotel and will certainly go back
again. The hotel is well situated, the staff both at reception and in the
restaurant were very polite and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean. We
were full board and found the food very good with something for everyone
although we thought there could be a little more of a choice for children.
The entertainment needs to be improved.

This was the 1st time we have stayed at this hotel and will certainly go back
again. The hotel is well situated, the staff both at reception and in the

The hotel was really nice, the pool was amazing and the staff were friendly.
It is a nice place for families and couples to stay as there are not too many
large groups staying there (as its a little more expensive than the other
hotels). The food wasn't great but it wasn't horrible it was just average for
the star rating and the price. But next time I would probably just go self
catering. The rooms are really clean and the cleaner was in everyday with
fresh towels and gave the room a good clean and tidy. Overall, really nice
place to stay.

The hotel was really nice, the pool was amazing and the staff were friendly.
It is a nice place for families and couples to stay as there are not too many
large groups staying there (as its a little more expensive than the other
hotels). The food wasn't great but it wasn't horrible it was just average for
the star rating and the price. But next time I would probably just go self
catering. The rooms are really clean and the cleaner was in everyday with
fresh towels and gave the room a good clean and tidy. Overall, really nice
place to stay.

Just returned from a weeks break at Maderia Centro and would recommend
this hotel. Excellent location for shops, bars and a short walk to the beach.
Hotel is a modern, well kept hotel with friendly staff and the food is delicious
and a good variety plus it was always piping hot. Would return again an A1
place to stay

Just returned from a weeks break at Maderia Centro and would recommend
this hotel. Excellent location for shops, bars and a short walk to the beach.
Hotel is a modern, well kept hotel with friendly staff and the food is delicious

We went on a hen party to the hotel. There was 16 of us and the hotel for
the price was absolutely excellent. Great hotel rooms, lovley pool, nice staff
and a fab breakfast which included champagne. Too good a time had by all!

Hotel Presidente - 3 Star - Check availability

Stayed here last week. We cannot fault this hotel in any way shape or
form. The rooms were spotless and clean and cleaned every day, the food,
well we have stayed in lots of hotels and we have never seen food like it
before and it was all presented to a very high standard. The staff were very
helpfull and pleasant especially the dinning room staff. There is no doubt
what so ever we will definatley go back again!

Stayed here last week. We cannot fault this hotel in any way shape or

It was great trip to Benidorm. Lovely hotel. Relatively close to all (night)
entertainment, but far enough to relax and sleep well at night. Swimming
pool area spotless. It’s located upon hill so we had to take free bus back to
hotel. They have their own FREE car park if you have car rented. You have
to pay in many other hotels for parking. Rooms were clean, bathrooms
clean, food delicious. Definitely it was good value. Staff polite and helpful.
All speak English. The hotel has strange rules regarding staying after your
check-out time. You either have to pay 16€ and can stay until 6pm or you
have to leave the room at appropriate time. Anyway, I’d love to return.

It was great trip to Benidorm. Lovely hotel. Relatively close to all (night)

Levante Club Apartments - 2 Key - Check availability

Lovely large clean rooms. Staff are up and out cleaning pools etc at 6am
but very quietly. Everything you need. Stayed here as a family, me wife,
sister in law, niece and nephew and had a great stay. Out of all the rooms
in the 3 or 4 tower blocks we had one loud person which isn't too bad as
you always get one wherever you go. Great location, am looking at booking
again if i can get the flights. Would definitely go back. On a slight hill but
nowhere near as bad as people have said.

Went with few family,it was great hotel,plenty bars,and plenty places to
eat,food was plenty of and always hot ,rooms were clean every day,clean
towels every day,on leaving ,was given bottle champagne and chocolates,
staff were very nice,pool area was lovely with plenty for children area,need
to get better entertainment at night as thought it was not that good

As usual the hotel exceeded our expectations, we were a large family group
of eight adults and six children, the hotel could not help enough considering
they were at full occupancy. The food is well cooked and presented well,
breakfast is varied, and caters for most tastes. Dinner is a buffet style and
again caters for a varied taste. The outside areas are excellent for the
smaller people in your party, with a small but well featured aqua play park
(note that this is suitable for young children, there is also a nice ball play
area too. The large outdoor pool is well sized but not too deep and there is
a very good inside pool for colder days. For those who like the peace and
quiet there is the 4th floor which is for adults only........

Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and we felt so relaxed
the whole time, the food and service was outstanding in fact so good we
only ate out once during our ten day trip! The hotel location was perfect for
us being so close to the beach and the town centre, even the old town was
just a half hours walk which we done most nights to walk the dinner off!
We felt safe and secure the time we were there.

The Ambassador Playa hotel we could not fault at all rooms very clean and

was unbelievable no one could fault this hotel would recommend and will go

The Ambassador Playa hotel we could not fault at all rooms very clean and
tidy was cleaned everyday food excellent there was that many choices it
was unbelievable no one could fault this hotel would recommend and will go

Picasso Apartments - 2 Key - Check Availability

14 of us plus two 4 month old babies. The apartments were really big and
up to standards. Great café down stairs with cheap food and v cheap
drinks. We ate breakfast there every morning it was so nice. Staff were very
friendly n helpful. Hotel was in a great location near beach bars. Hill not that
steep as other people had said. Overall a great holiday with no complaints.
I am planning to go back to this hotel at the end of the summer. Only thing
left to say is don't book transfers with resorthoppa as they didn't pick us up
at the end of the holiday to take us to the airport and were left to find taxis
(130€) after standing at the end of the street with two small babies at 7am

Nice apartment, used many times before as the location is handy for us,
although there are bars and restaurants, if you want to be near to the
action and beach, it takes about 15 mins. Clean modern basic apartment,
only draw back key collection, if you have to walk down to the beach front
collection point ( anytime but lunch time) if you have cases and a young
family with cases and do not know the area it could be protracted and
stressfull after getting there after an early start to the airport. Only one
complaint, some of the rooms (unusually for Spain) have a double bed,
these are the smallest and have the most thin mattress I have ever tried to
sleep on and I have slept on very basic in my younger years. No problems
getting deposit back, and agent quick to replace anything needed.....

Hotel spotless most staff very nice. Would have liked pool to stay open a
little longer(shut at 6 in Winter) and because of our situation a laundry
room would have been nice as we had children ranging from 8 months to

In front of the Poniente Beach, just a few meters from the center,
with an enviable position is this modern hotel which has just
reopened in March and is now a 4 star.
It has many services for those who go with children, entertainer, a
pool with a slide "theme park style" and the beach at the door.
Moreover, since the new promenade opened on the beach the
street is much quieter. (one way traffic only)
We were in a room on the sixth floor with a jacuzzi next to the huge
window overlooking the sea. Very good quality in the bedroom and
bathroom, a super hotel. You have to see the design of the
nightclub, where there are performances at night. The furniture is
transparent with lights that change color. Very impressive.
A great weekend. (Contrary to what many people think, Benidorm
has excellent places to visit, good hotels and good restaurants.
