The guest apartments (1 Bed up to 4 guests & 2 bed up to 6 guests)
All apartments offer a bathroom WC, TV, air conditioning/heating and a terrace.
The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, hob, oven and washing machine. Room
safes are available to hire. The living room has a pull out sofa bed.
A deposit is payable on arrival of 100€ for a 1 bed apartment and 150€ for a 2 bed
apartment.

Nice apartment, used many times before as the location is handy for us, although there are bars
and estaurants, if you want to be near to the action and beach, it takes about 15 mins. Clean
modern basic apartment, only draw back key collection, if you have to walk down to the beach
front collection point ( anytime but lunch time) if you have cases and a young family with cases
and do not know the area it could be protracted and stressfull after getting there after an early
start to the airport. Only one complaint, some of the rooms (unusually for spain) have a double
bed, these are the smallest and have the most thin mattress I have ever tried to sleep on and I
have slept on very basic in my younger years. No problems getting deposit back, and agent
quick to replace anthing that needed ie lightbulbs, new toaster etc

Excellant.Apartments very very good.Will be booking with Alpharooms again for november.
Looking at the reviews below about key collection,why would you travel without asking where to
pickup the keys. We asked and were told buena vista. No problems deposit returned with keys.
Alpharooms excellant to deal with 5 star.

Lovely apartments would go again but what a carry on getting the key having to ring the
emergency number to be told to go to another apartment block to collect key with no proper
directions being told by woman on phone it was on the same street which it isn,t I would just
make sure if arriving at awkward times to make sure you know exactly where to collect the keys
its not difficult but would have been nice to be told beforehand.

I would recommend the Gemelos 22 Apartments to every one who wants an apartment that is
very clean and of good a standard. We will be going back there again no complaints of any sort
very pleased.
