Room was very nice but small. Beautiful Sea Views. Food was nice but a bit repetitive.
Reception Staff were very nice, but found Restaurant Staff not so friendly. Beautiful Sea

just got back after aweeks stay at benikaktus hotel our room was great had lovely sea
views. food was very good different choices each night i would definitly go back!

If we had gone self catering I would have rated this hotel without a doubt a 5. The room
was immaculate with a beautiful view of the bay area and sea. It was situated very
centrally to all the pubs, restaurants and beach. There is a hill to the hotel, which was
fine for us, but for maybe older or infirm guests this could be a problem and the
transfer with luggage dropped us at the bottom of the hill to walk up. However the food
was perhaps under average, the waiters obviously over worked which did not help their
attitude... I would definitely go back but on a self catering basis... Sheena Jane

A very popular 3 star Benidorm hotel due to the proximity to the Levante
Playa which is just 50m away. The terrace and pool overlook the bay
with fantastic views of the sea and Benidorm.
Guest can expect recently refurbished rooms (2008) all with terrace and
most with fantastic sea views across the bay. For those who prefer not to
walk down to the beach the Kaktus enjoys a large pool and solarium sun
deck. Ideal for guests who enjoy a Hotel with few British guests and NO
large groups of stag hen parties and children. Tends to attract a 40 plus
age group mainly couples. Ideal for those who prefer to stay away from
the large British tour company hotels. A good value hotel, especially
given the great location. Quiet part of the resort but close enough to bars
and discos if you want a lively holiday.
