rooms basic, clean and satisfactory for good holiday staff very friendly with pool area very good.
Will go back again as i enjoyed hotel and area very much.

arrived on 25th feb .no probs getting keys and went to my room . smelt of smoke . had to open
balcony door to clear the air . although the decor and the whole building is shabby looking , it
was immacuatley clean and the bed was comfy .as i only paid £111. for the week i cant really
complain .had a problem with ants they sorted it straight away . "geordie "the man on reception
was a really nice helpfull and most pleasant man .went out of his way to help . and even lent me
a hairdryer .i said i would give him a good right up on my return . as he was so nice . might stay
again not sure , the cost persuades me , more than the actuall place .if ya just want to get your
head down and be out most of the time its ideal . and situated in a good location.

The only reason it is not a five is because it needs a bit of modernization. The location was ideal
for us. Sits just behind the Nereo. A very short easy sloped hill from main road. Staff were
exceptionally friendly and extemely helpful. The room we had was huge, as was the bedroom. It
was fresh and very clean. Heating was very good. I would certainly go back without hesitation.

having just returned from 4 nights at the bermudas myself and a group of 6 lads aged 26 to 50
years of age we found the hotel to be clean and tidy , the hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull
.the 3 rooms we had were basic and in need of modernising .the only complaint was that the
rooms did not have air conditioning .nice big pool and the prices at the bar were cheap
compared to other hotels in the area we all agreed that we would use this hotel again

Went on a hen do ... 19 of us ... but we were no trouble! and the hotel was great, rooms big and
pool HUGE! staff friendly.... great bar (cheap). only thing the rooms can get quiet high - so if (like
me) you don't like heights ask for a lower floor room. And we got it so cheap! dont think you'll find
better for the money. its Clean throughout and very close to the beach - but with a pool like that
you dont need the busy beach. Good to get to the bars and club (bit of a walk (or a stagger) but
no trouble at all, as there are plenty of bars on the way to keep you well watered.

We have just got back, had a good week, don't expect the Ritz as these apartments need with
doing up. Had mixed feelings at first but the pool area was lovely and the staff were friendly,
have stayed in other places in Benidorm and this worked for us just use your room for sleeping
and not entertaining!!

The only reason it is not a five is because it needs a bit of modernization. The location was ideal

pool HUGE! staff friendly.... great bar (cheap). only thing the rooms can get quiet high - so if (like
me) you don't like heights ask for a lower floor room. And we got it so cheap! dont think you'll find
better for the money. its Clean throughout and very close to the beach - but with a pool like that
you dont need the busy beach. Good to get to the bars and club (bit of a walk (or a stagger) but
no trouble at all, as there are plenty of bars on the way to keep you well watered.
