Hotel Fiesta Park Benidorm Reviews

Have just returned from a weeks All Inclusive stay at this hotel, being one of a party of 15. We all
had an excellent time in this hotel, indeed this was our second visit to the Fiesta Park. The hotel itself
is SPOTLESS and very comfortable. The rooms are a good size in comparison to say hotels in
Blackpool and are cleaned every morning. With regard to the food, being a vegetarian and a
diabetic I am difficult to please but have to say the selection was greatly improved this year. The
food is fresh and pefectly edible. With regard to the staff, let me assure you they are NOT rude at all,
in fact their manners and attitude were TOP CLASS. The bar staff are very pleasant with a great
sense of humour, and we DID NOT experience or witness any difficulties getting served at the All
Inclusive section (maybe this was because we treated them with respect and good manners). In
fact, I had a serious situation upon arrival which the gentleman behind the counter took control of
and went out of his way to resolve for me - and was very reluctant to take any euros from me as a
thankyou. If it wasn't for his assistance my holiday would have been ruined, this is not the attitude of
rude and horrible staff is it! In summary, I would say that for what you ACTUALLY PAY to stay here it
is not value for money - it is a BARGAIN!! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone,
and will indeed be returning for another stay in the future.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Once again everything was excellent. The choice
of food was superb,something for every body. The reception staff and the bar staff were always
friendly and helpful,nothing was to much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
Overall we could not fault anything.a big thank you to all the staff who made our break most
enjoyable.we will be back next year.

I have just returned from staying at the Fiesta Park for a long weekend for my sister's 40th birthday.
The hotel was nice & clean & the staff were helpful. The beach is only a 10 min walk away with plenty
of shops also. I only had the breakfast which was ok & what I expected. The hotel was full of Spanish
families and elderley Spanish couples/families which I didn't have a problem with as after all we was
in their country, however, I did find them very rude. Although the hotel was ok if I was to go back I
would stay in the new town and not the old town where the Fiesta Park is.
