Hotel was brilliant, rooms basic but done the job, hotel staff friendly and helpful. The floors are
quite awkward to work out, i dont know how many times we got lost at the start of our hols but you
soon get used to it. Reception area is lovely. The hill is quite steep so wouldnt recommend it for
elderly/disabled. Food was ok, not as great as everyone made it out and i am not fussy with food,
but I always got something I liked. The beach is just at the bottom of the hill and shops and bars
are about 2mins away. Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely be going back!

had a fab time, yet again, weather wasnt very nice but that didnt bother us. would recomend this
hotel to anyone, staff really friendly, rooms cleaned & towels changed daily. ideal for groups or
families, beach is just down the hill. we're going back nxt yr it'll be our 5th time

This hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, however it is close to the beach and near enough
to the bars. The food is great and the hotel is pleasant and clean. The staff are all pleasant
(never known that in any other hotel!) and want to help you enjoy your stay. We have stayed here
previously and on that occasion there was some trouble involving all day and night drinking. I am
pleased to note that the bar now closes at 1am and this should help avoid future incidents. I
would recommend this hotel to families and couples however those with mobility restrictions will
struggle as hotel has different floor levels (built into hillside). Floors 1 - 7 are all non-smoking
rooms, floors 8 - 11 are smoking rooms. Lots of working lifts. Rooms ample and pleasantly
furnished with twin beds, sofa, tv and mini-fridge. Non of the rooms have balconies but do have
large sliding windows (at height - relatively safe for small children). We will be going back again
soon.

My wife and i have just had a 3 day break at the Magic Rock Gardens in Benidorm from 18th -
20th January. We found the hotel was excellent in every way. The room was very clean and had
tea making facilities, TV, air con/heater for colder nights. The food in the restaurant was excellent
with a wide range of choice for everyone. There was entertainment on some evenings which was
very good. The staff were all very helpful and had a very pleasant manner. The hotel is just a short
walk from the shops and the Levante beach. This has been our 4th stay and would recommend
this hotel to anyone.
