My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as a short post Xmas de-stress holiday. The
location of the hotel is very central and close to the beach. Room was excellent, with great
facilities for 2 (our room had sea view). The hotel was well maintained and spotlessly clean.
The food was lovely; could have been warmer at the buffet but a microwave was available and
used by many without problem. Show cooking every night was piping hot. The bar staff we
found fine though insist on VAT 69 if going for the whisky. Nightly entertainment was a bit
lacklustre but what do you expect in early January? It didn't spoil our stay at all. There were no
children at all in the hotel during our stay which was a highlight for us as we'd left ours behind
and could relax!! Didn't use outside facilities cos it was too cold so can't comment. We would
definately go back.

The hotel monaco is brilliant for young old and familys,the food is great something there for
everyone even our fussy kids lol, the entertainment is good, the hotel staff are 1st class,clean
and very freindly place. shops,nite life you name it,are all a short walk. The beach is just down
the hill a short walk, recommend this hotel highly. Been at this hotel 3 times now and will be
booking for 2010 summer.
