Simple very clean rooms with en-suite bathroom, telephone, TV and
air-conditioning. Room safes are available for a small local charge. Most rooms
offer a balcony or terrace but some do not. Allocation depends on discount rate
paid. There is a daily maid service. Most room have now been upgraded here a
few are still to be completed as of August 2009.

Pools
A roof top pool offers a quiet place to relax and sun bath during the day with a
shaded seating area for those hot days and warm nights.

Restaurant
All meals are served buffet style in the new bright and modern dining room.
Previous guests mention the good choice and plentiful fresh salads. Expect a mix of
local and international favourites. Breakfast will be continental with a hot selection
too. Prices for Wine are excellent. Generally a good standard of food for a 3 star.

stay in Benidorm 2-3 times a year, and i have to admit, this is the friendliest hotel i have stayed
in.the place has had a near complete face lift and the lounge areas resemble the big brother
house. Our room was basic, but there again we don't go on holiday to sit in all day. The food was
of a quality standard, a choice of Spanish and English food. One day you could be having roast
chicken, beefburgers, roast beef and king prawns and the next day you could be eating
Asparagus tart and fish cake. Top class salads and Cornish type ice cream. The staff ever so
friendly and would go out of there way for to help you. Swimming pool and area very good, they
even have a sun shelter for people who cant stand 35 degrees heat also there are hot and cold
drink machines. The bar is very reasonable, about 90p for a coffee. For the right price would not
think twice at staying at this convenient located hotel again

Got this hotel for a bargain price. All the public areas and some of the rooms have been
refurbished and are very nice. All staff really friendly and helpful. The food is good quality but
mostly not my cup of tea as it caters mainly for spanish tastes, however there was usually
something you could eat. Breakfast was best, loads of choice from croisants to fry up. The dearer
rooms are nicest, some rooms dont have balconies or even daylight as many have patio doors
that open onto the inside of a service shaft with pipes and air con units in it. We had one of these
but requested a move and was given a room with outside balcony. Pool on roof is great and is a
lovely peaceful spot to sit late at night, we did most nights and there were 30 of us altogether. I
would stay here again at the right price. If I paid the higher price I would prefer something bigger
with better bedrooms. All in all a great holiday, a few small moans I know but I bet even
Buckingham palace aint perfect !!!

Lovely, clean and modern hotel in the heart of the old town a short walk away from a very nice
beach which has an excellent little kiddies play park on the beach which was great to entertain
my 4 year old while we could relax but still keep an eye on her. the hotel room was cleaned daily
and the food was great, good choice of food each day, Staff friendly and helpful. You can walk to
the Levante area in about 15 mins. Would stay there again.

I paid £21 per night full board, excellent value. In the heart of the old town, good location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of food, reasonable standard for buffet food.
Spotlessly clean, good sized rooms.
