The hotel on the whole was very good. The food was excellent,you could always find something
that you liked even if you were a fussy eater. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff friendly.
Reception area,pool area good. Down side to this hotel is the hills from the beach and town,
quite steep no good for people with walking difficulties or young children in prams. Would stay
again but get in trim for those hills next time!!

We booked independently and spent 3 nights in May on a half-board basis, staying in a
"superior double" which was clean and comfortable, overlooking the pool and very adequate for
a short break. The hotel does well to cater for such a mix of nationalities and we thought the
food was very good. At the height of the summer the pool area will be crowded. The "free" bus
services are extremely useful and there is no need to walk up the steep hill if you are not up to it.
Evening entertainment seemed adequate for many guests but the bar prices are not competitive
with the tourist bars by the beach. All in all very good value for money.

Accommodation was very clean although compact. Staff were helpful and friendly. We gave up
with the bus service, waiting for buses that did not arrive. It only took about 10 minutes to walk
into town with a 4 year old walking with us. Saturday night entertainment was very good. Sunday
night there was no entertainment so we went out down to town. Meals where a bit bland the only
part of the menu that changed was the main course, sweets and starters seemed to always be
the same. Although we enjoyed the weekend, I don´t think we would go again because of its
location.

It was great, my fiends and I have spent a funny weekend at Palm Beach hotel, benidorm. The
staff was helpful and charming, the hotel is not nearby to the beach or city center but is not a
problem, they give you some bus tickets and you can go to the beach or city center for free. The
only bad thing is the All Inclusive, I don't understand drinks hourly.

clean rooms, good choice of food , staff very friendly. reception good. shame about the hill up to
the hotel but hotel gives u bus tickets to save u walking up and down. recommended. would go

This was our 2nd visit. Hotel is kept spotless & the staff are friendly and helpful.Food is
excellent with plenty of choice.We went AI, found this good value even though we went out every
night. The bars around El Rincon are reasonably priced and have good shows on. We knew
hotel was up a hill, no problem,free bus tickets from reception.At night took the free bus down
only a few euros for taxi back. Recommend this hotel, close enough to see Benidorm and far
enough away to get a good nights sleep.

we were very happy with the hotel. food was good with plenty of choice. nice rooms cleaned
every day, and towels changed. good entertainment at night, free bus service to the beach and
lots of sunshine, what more can you want!

Great staff, excellent quality of food, clean room (if a little small and basic). Definately a 4*
Spanish hotel with a very Spanish feel to the entertainment. Would stay there again. Free bus
outside to beach and The Old Town so location wasn't too bad really, was also walking distance
to beach but is up on a hill so could be strenuous for older people and families wuith buggies,
prams etc. Short taxi ride to Benidorm Palace (worth a vsiit!) and lots of bars locally if you chose
to go out. My partner, our children 9 and 13, and myself enjoyed it and would go again.

Just came back from palm beach hotel and I have to say that for what we payed for our all
inclusive deal we had fantastic value for money and stayed in a fantastic hotel. Reading other
reviews it's clear that the main gripes about this hotel are the poor entertainment and the
location up the very steep hill. True, the hill is very steep and so not suited particularly to young
family's or the less infirm but that's the reason it's so good value for money. It's very spanish and
that may not suit some people either but if this hotel was closer to the beach it would be triple
the price. If you're looking for a great hotel at a great price look no further.
