Terralta Apartments Reviews

30 July 2010
We spent July fortnight at Terralta this was our 2nd visit, the last time we had 3 teenagers with us.
The rooms were spacious for 2 people, we ate out most evenings. The pool was very busy from
11am until 4.00pm lots of kids around and this time it was very difficult to get a sun bed, even
though I was on holiday I had to set my alarm to get up, shower, and go to the pool at 8am to
ensure I got a sun bed. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the Terralta burgers,
happy hour every night, 2 for one was a great incentive to keep people at the apartments. I would
definitely recommend Terralta to any families more so than couples, however, we had a great
holiday.

The apartments were excellent. We stayed in a 2 bed apt which was very spacious and very
clean. Had read that was situated on a terrible hill but we found it fine. My husband and I walked
in and out of new town at least once a day, sometimes twice, and that was with a double buggy
with a 1yr and a half old and an 11mth old, and another 2 children aged 7 & 11. Could walk to the
square in about 35Min's and to
beach in 10Min's max. Shop in the apartments was quite
reasonably priced but we opted for the even cheaper option of the supermarket at the foot of the
hill. Had to with 4 kids to feed. Lol. Further down that hill is an abundance of shops if thats what
you like too. Staff were friendly and always keen to help. Kids loved the pool as was very big in
comparison to majority of places in
Benidorm.

2nd time here, spotless apartments, good food, walked down the hill and taxi back no problem.
Showed all the World Cup games on ITV or BBC if you didn't want to miss any of it. Minor niggle
for us was rock hard beds, very uncomfortable but thats a personal matter. We only stayed 4
nights so not too bad. Would return no problem.

brilliant hotel set back from the old town really quiet area which is great. Only 5 - 10 min walk to
town . hotel really clean, we had the 2 bedroom apartment this time the biggest
apartments we
have stayed in, in Spain, all the staff are really nice and welcoming, entertainment on every night
for adults and kiddies which was great, swimming pool brilliant, food was lovely too. This is our
2nd time staying at the Terralta and will only stay here when going to Benidorm would
recommend this
hotel to anyone that wants a good size apartment and a really friendly
atmosphere and perfect for families too.

April 2010
Had an extended stay at the Terralta, after the volcanic disruption began on the 15th April. Stayed
for a further 5 days. Staff at Terralta welcomed us back and offered us accommodation at the
same price per night as we had previously paid and did not take advantage of the situation as
other places have done. Thank you your kindness was much appreciated

November 2009
This was the 2nd trip for my husband & I this year to Terralta. The 1st one was in March and as
then we had a very relaxing time. This time was for my 60th birthday treat. The weather was about
the same in the low 20c`s which is good for me as I don't like too much heat. The staff as usual
were very friendly and helpful. It has virtually everything on site so you don't have to go out if you
don't want to. We went to the market in Altea on Tuesday and the massive one on Wednesday in
Benidorm. Although we only went for a short break we certainly enjoyed it.The food was basic but
good and we found it cheaper than in town.

Stayed at the Terralta Sept/Oct 2009 for 10 days, the complex is very nice and swimming pool
area very good. The apartments where very clean and a nice size, just like the pictures. The only
downside I had was they are just a bit too far away from beech & bars etc. It is also a bit of a steep
hill, so be prepared. There is a bus that stops outside the apartments every hour, which is a good
idea. All in all had a great time.

Just stayed at the Terralta, have to say what a wonderful find.I know a lot of people have made
comments regarding the "Hill" but lets face it if you save a round of ice creams a day, three
children, then you can easily afford the cost of a Taxi into the Old Town and back, well worth
staying that little bit out to avoid any Lads on tour type of thing.
