I have stayed here twice and I am booking again. The first time I was on my own and the staff
were very friendly and helpful. Second time my husband came with me and he was impressed.
The rooms are clean and the view is great. The food is wonderful. We were full board and they
provide a very substantial packed lunch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

hotel very clean staff very helpful good pool very nice room very good view from large balcony nice
quiet location slight hill on return mainly spanish guests and entertainment geared towards
them, overall very good hotel food a bit of a letdown typical spanish buffet style hotels.

Just returned after three days at the hotel. Location, yes, up a hill but thankfully also far enough
from Benidorm to almost be a different resort i.e. nice and quiet area. Staff friendly and helpful,
hotel clean, food plentiful and usually very good. Food not always hot which is often the case in
Spain but microwave available so no problem. Always one typical Brit meal eg shepherd`s pie as
well as lovely Spanish food. Lots of fish, very varied menus. Sea views from room brilliant. Room
large and warm in winter. No complaints at all. Would definitely return.

In a superb location with great views from every room of Benidorm, the sea
and mountains. Set back from the Poniente Playa in a very quiet location
this is an ideal choice for those who want a relaxed beach or hotel retreat holiday.

Short 10 minute walk to the beach at La Cala Finestrat or you can take steps to the
Poniente Playa. Will best suit couples not looking for all night bars. Having said
that Benidorm is an easy journey with a bus every 10 minutes just 300 meters from
the Hotel (Behind the Gran Bali) to the Levante and old town areas of Benidorm.

Easiest beach to go to is La Cala avoiding any steps, walk to the Bali hotel and
follow road to beach. This is only a slight incline on the way back
